How do I download a movie?
Downloading Rent Videos:
- Select the video you would like to watch by clicking on the cover art for that video.
- To the right of the cover art you should now see a list of the file sizes available and a button which says RENT.
- If more than one bit-rate is available please select the Rent button next to the desired bitrate. We recommend 700K downloads for DSL customers and 1500K downloads for cable or faster Internet connections. (Not all videos are available in both bit-rates).
Downloading Buy Videos
- Select the video you would like to watch by clicking on the cover art for that video.
- To the right of the cover art you will see information displayed about the size of the file you are purchasing and a button which says "BUY"
- After you pay for your video(s) you will be taken to "Purchase History" screen. You will see the "Download" link right next to your order. If you do not have the IndiaGlitz Media Manager installed you will be prompted to install it. This should only take a couple of minutes. If you would like to install the Media Manager now simply click here.
If you have the Download Manager installed, when you click "Download" the Media Manager will launch from your desktop and begin downloading the video. If you do not see the Download Manager, close your browser and it should appear behind the window.
With our progressive download feature, you should be able to begin watching your download in about 30-45 seconds depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the length of the video you are downloading. Remember that your viewing period will begin counting down after the first time you begin to watch the video, not from the time you choose to download.

Why do I need a License to watch a Video?
We use licenses to protect our content. This allows us to offer legal downloads of content you want to watch.
Our content is protected by Microsoft's DRM Solution (Digital Rights Management). For more information on this solution please Click Here .
Part of DRM is license delivery. A license must be successfully delivered to your computer's hard drive in order for playback of the video you have rented or purchased to work properly. Most of this is done "behind the scenes" so that you do not notice that your computer is acquiring, and validating licenses for you to watch your content.
If you have problems with a license or license acquisition please check FAQ "Why do I get a license error?"

How long does it take to download a movie?
With a fast connection (DSL, Cable Modem or better) a DVD quality Premium (1200k-1500k file) will typically take an hour to an hour and a half. Standard movies should take half the time as the Premium downloads.

What is the Viewing Period?
The Viewing Period is the time-limit you are allowed to view the videos. You may watch your video as many times as you would like within its viewing period.
- Viewing Period for Downloads:
For Rental Downloads the viewing period is 48 Hours from the time you first press play.
Remember for downloads, the clock for your viewing period begins only when you play the video for the first time. Titles can stay on your hard drive for any length of time, and as long as the video is still available at www.igcinema.com you can begin watching it for the first time any time you choose.
- Viewing Period for "Buy" Videos:
For Permanent Download videos the viewing period is unlimited and can be played on up to 3 PCs.
